Madison STEAM Academy is unique because of its focus on integrating the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) approach into the curriculum. This multidisciplinary model emphasizes hands-on learning, creativity, and problem-solving, preparing students for future careers in innovative fields.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Robotics Club: Students can engage in hands-on learning by building and programming robots, competing in regional or national competitions.
- Innovation Class: A space for students to explore coding languages like Python, JavaScript, and Scratch, working on games, apps, and web development projects.
- Art Club: Combining creativity with STEAM, an art club could focus on digital design, 3D printing, or traditional fine arts.
- Student Ambassadors: 5th grade students develop leadership skills by participating in student government and organizing school events or representing student interests.
- Notre Dame Tutoring Program: Notre Dame students tutor 3rd graders Tuesday-Friday STEAM curriculum units tailored for K-5 students that integrate Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics in meaningful and fun way.
- Makerspace Class: a collaborative workspace equipped with tools and resources that allow students to design, experiment, build, and invent. It combines elements of the engineer design process, technology, arts, and problem-solving, creating a hands-on learning environment where students can explore STEAM concepts.
